Welcome to Pixel Craft. By accessing our website or visiting our studio, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Pixel Craft provides a DIY Perler bead crafting experience where customers can create their own designs using materials and tools provided in-store.

2. Appointments & Walk-Ins

Appointments may be made through our website or in person. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

We recommend arriving on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment may be required at the time of booking or in-store.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund or cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or refund
  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable
  • Once a crafting session has started, no refunds will be issued

5. Customer Responsibility

By participating in our activities, you agree to:

  • Use all tools and materials safely
  • Follow instructions provided by staff
  • Respect the space and other guests

We reserve the right to refuse service if behavior is unsafe or disruptive.

DIY crafting involves small parts and heated tools (such as irons). By participating, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with these activities.

Pixel Craft is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of tools or failure to follow instructions.

7. Finished Products

We do not guarantee the outcome or quality of completed projects. Each piece is handmade and may vary.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and materials on this website are the property of Pixel Craft and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
